For my Major Research Project i am going to investigate different ways to visualise music using a piece of music and construct a visual. I will consider 'Lilfuchs', 'Anthony F Schepperd', 'Becky and Joes', 'Kandinsky', Len Lye, 'Fantasia' and 'David Wilson' as my selection of artists/producer/animators i think will help me figure out what direction will head into.
I'll deconstruct and identify how they how well they communicate and coin-synch with the rhythm pattern, tone and feel visually. I am going to apply these identified methods and languages to my own piece of music i chose that has different levels to it where i could visualise the outcome, using colours that i think fit appropriately to certain parts that exemplifies the feel and tone along with an appropriate art style whether it comes out vivid,soft or textured. I will produce many different outcomes towards the visualisation of music through shapes, abstract, colour, texture, dance, patterns, sheet music and visual sound waves
